Our Process

Enquiry Stage


During the enquiry stage we make sure we have an outline of what your needs are making sure we have a plan that meets up with expectations. All pricing will be discussed and finalised.

Booking Stage


During the booking stage, once you have completed the enquiry stage and all your needs are noted down, we decide a date, time and location for the booking, making sure that it fits into everyones schedules. Deposits will be collected at this point and Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.



03.


Session Stage


This is where we take all the photos/videos as outlined in the enquiry stage. We always go above and beyond so you don't have to worry! Post session, photos and videos will be edited to the best of our ability, and the turnaround is around 3-4 business days.



04.


Delivery Stage


Once the photos and videos are all edited, then we will send you a link to receive the media. Any reviews at this point are very welcome!
